Choolah Indian BBQ - ★★★★★

I am always on the hunt for good Indian food. Ever since we lived in Japan, Indian cuisine has been a family favorite! I had never eaten it before moving to Japan. I enjoy making and teaching the cuisine, but it is nice eating that fresh naan, straight from an authentic tandoor oven. I do my best at home to replicate it, but the naan is never quite the same!

Choolah has a very simple and straightforward menu. I ordered the rice bowl with chicken and the tikka masala sauce with naan bread for $9.99.

There is also a sauce and condiment bar. I added a few extra flavorful sauces, I especially loved the tamarind apple!

The restaurant has a sleek atmosphere.

Next to the food, the most fun I have had at a restaurant in awhile...the hand-washing station! Right in the middle of the restaurant is this unique feature. You stick you hands in and it spins and washes your hands!

I thought this place has a nice relaxed atmosphere with excellent food for the price! Try it next time you are at Mosaic!
