About the event
Location
An easy drive just 20 minutes from DC, my home kitchen in Fairfax, Virginia is a perfect get away for a team bonding event or private party. It is a spacious and inviting place to cook with an open kitchen and plenty of room for hands-on participation and cooking the meal together.
Experience
​Upon arrival, each guest will receive a class materials packet including all the recipes.
We begin our time together with a special treat and discuss the meal plan. Each attendee has the opportunity for hands-on participation as we make the menu together. The instruction and recipe preparation lasts about 2 hours. Then you will sit in my dining room as I plate and serve you each course. This time allows you share the meal you have prepared and the opportunity to get to know one another better in a relaxed environment.
Scheduling
I normally host classes Monday - Friday from 10:30 am - 1:30 pm. I find an extended lunch hour works best, however, I am flexible and we can discuss what time works best for your schedule.
Cost
The cost for a three hour, 3-course meal is $125 per person. You may add a mixology lesson for $6 per person.
