This week my son graduated from high school and I was on the hunt to find some decorations for his celebration! I decided I need some cute picks for his cupcakes. I found Fran's in Fairfax. They have everything from chocolate molds and cookie cutters to fondant, plastic gift bags, colored sugar and a rainbow of sprinkles!
