As I write this post, I am shoveling in BIG bites of cake! If I hurry, maybe I will not have to share the last few morsels.
Yesterday, I discovered Nothing Bundt Cakes in Fairfax which just opened about 4 week ago. To be honest, I do not bake very much, because then I would have to eat it and that is not good for my mature waistline! Occasionally I indulge and when I do it HAS TO BE GOOD! Right? Otherwise why waste those calories!!
These little cakes are worth the calories! They are reasonably priced and can be purchased for $4.75 each with numerous flavors to choose. I selected Red Velvet and White Chocolate Raspberry to bring home. You can also purchase mini bundts by the dozen for $21.50. (See the top row in this photo.) Really, one bundt cake is big enough to split, but only if you really want to! If you are serving guests, the 8" cake starts at $24.
The cakes are moist and flavorful with just the right amount of creamy frosting. The girls working there were also very kind and helpful!
Since cakes are usually a special occasion dessert they carry a few "gifty" items as well.
They have a few additional locations throughout Virginia, including Tyson's Corner.
Here is a link to find the one closest to you!
Let them EAT CAKE!!
